"Very friendly on arrival. We got offered an upgrade for a small extra cost as the lift was out of order. We needed different pillows which was sorted very quickly along with ice bucket. Bed was very comfy bathroom facilities was fabulous. We come to leeds alot and will definitely be staying again."

"The room was very clean no problems. The mattress was very hard and could of done with extra pillows. The facilities such as swimming where very clean and amazing pool. We booked the breakfast which was help yourself to continental and cooked. We paid an extra tenner at the reception to have a little later check out."
