Room and beds were comfortable. Coffee was good as well as the microwave and frig. The shower down spout was struck 1/2 shower 1/2 water waste. I told the manager but he didn’t care. He said motel booked for 7 months. Made no sense.

The property was great for staying 3 nights. They do need to redo the weatherstripping around the doors and change out the led strips for the lights above the sink. Overall the place was clean and would stay there again.

Although it was an overnight stay, you could see that they had done some improvements. It was convenient to what/where we needed to be.

This is a nice motel, however they forget to do preventive maintenance. I checked in and the tub drain was clogged. They moved me quickly and again the bathroom light dimmer like last time. They refuse to replace the ballast or replace the long Florence light. The AC worked fine and the coffee maker did too. I can’t shave in the morning with little light.

Plenty of Trash outside. The AC was dusty and a little noisy. Towels were rough. Clock needed battery/fkasing. Unable to unplug. All else was okay.

Awesome bed and shower. AC problem. Condensation was leaking into the carpet. No staff is on the premises. You have to call for key and checking out. Sad process.

Lack of a full time front desk clerk is a big turnoff. I’m sure the owners refuse to pay for quality service or extra workers. No motel employee is in sight all day. I called in advance and left a message. No one called me back until 30 minutes before our estimated arrival at 9:30 pm. They wanted me to pick up a key at another hotel. I said no. You had to call a number to get checked in service. Very Bad customer service plus I was told the other motel lacked cleanness too. Owners must pay for more motel workers. Not just rake in the tourist dollars.

Room review

The room was nice, but the door had no molding on the opening side so I could hear trucks going down the road. Also the sticker plate was missing and made me feel like anyone could kick my door in, as well as the secondary lock only had one screw in it, so it wasn't secure. I told the maid the next morning to get it fixed yet when I returned it wasn't attended to. The facility which I have stayed at several times is overall a nice room, all different, look nice and nice beds, but minor details are overlooked. Management needs to finish the other 5% on each room to make it perfect for the price. Also if you come late you have to go to a Best Western to get your key. Buy overall for the price if the doors are secured, it's a 3.5 out of 5
