The house was cute, well appointed and just right for our small group of women. Contrary to the advertisement, the property is not walking distance to any food, and is 6 miles from Biltmore Village (there are some restaurants about 3 miles away). I think it's more than 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville as well. After booking and receiving the actual address, I tried to contact Avantstay and it took several days and several attempts to get a response. Once at the property, the local team was responsive (the outdoor firepit did not work). The house had nice features, ample supplies of towels and necessities, and the beds were super comfortable. The living room TV was large, and there were many comfortable places to sit (no DVD, but many streaming options with my passwords). Overall, it was a terrific place to stay.

The house was very clean. And very nice size. Beds were comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t great was the grass. It needed to be mowed. My family was afraid to walk through because of a fear of snakes. Other than the grass it was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.
