"I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. I asked about breakfast and was led to believe that was doubtful and being able to invite a guest not allowed! "This place overlooks a cliff looking out to sea. We saw literally 100’s of dolphins feeding up and down the coast. The location is close to town, the Ebb & Flow reserve, for the waterfall hike, and a short drive from the “Map of Africa” viewpoint. The breakfast was amazing. The only issue was the heater did not work in the room. We used extra blankets since it was getting cold as we visited in late fall. Overall a great stay"
