"The room was damp, the mattress sunk deep in the middle and was uncomfortable. The elevator was sketchy at best but did work. I’ve stayed at this particular location a few times over the past few years for work. Previous experiences were much better. Only here for 1 night this trip"

"The owner and management team were very easy to work with. Everyone responded quickly to questions.The place was very spacious for four adults. The view of the lagoon is so relaxing. I didn’t use it given my short stay but I love that a little coffee bar was set up for convenience. Only thing I would mention to others who may have elderly or disabled guests with them is to check on access to elevator. It was broken during my stay so both of my parents needed extra support to get up and down from the 4th floor.Other than that it was a lovely stay and very pleasant condo. It was located very close to eateries and needed conveniences."

"Unfortunately, I fell due to the step down (1/2 ft) to the kitchen from the hallway. I ended up going to the emergency room and getting a CAT scan at Jupiter ER due to my head injury. There should be a rail or the floor to the kitchen should have been a different color. The only reason I'm not giving this a 1 star is that the place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. "
