"The house was as advertised and we felt incredibly at home. The home had everything and more to make for an enjoyable weekend. There was coffee beans to make ground coffee for the drip coffee machine and an nespresso machine if you wanted to try that out. There was plenty of firewood out back if you wanted to have a fire. The entire home was very clean and welcoming. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"We loved our stay here at the Tango Oaks Guest House! As others have mentioned, the location is perfect. There are so many wineries, restaurants and things to do in the Hector area on the East side of the lake. The house is equipped with everything you need, was clean and everything as described. We especially loved walking to the Adirondack chairs and seeing the beautiful sunsets in the evenings on the East side of the lake.The only thing I would change is the traffic during the night/early morning as my dog is sensitive to noise, but did not bother my boyfriend and I. It caused my dog to bark a couple of times, but was not bothersome to us or anyone else- just an fyi if you have a dog. The road the house is on is busy and does have traffic going 50 MPH so trucks can get loud. Again, this shouldn’t deter you from staying here, just sharing for your awareness. I hope to stay here again and I definitely recommend 5*****!"

"This place is so beautiful! The hot tub was huge and amazing. There is a great fire out and having access to the dock and kayaks made the trip so special. One thing to note is that there is no central AC but the primary bedroom and the living room had window units to help keep it cool. Such a good place, would highly recommend."

"Wonderful first stay at this hidden gem tiny home!My wife and I just finished a fantastic 4-night stay here, and we highly recommend it! The house was super clean, well-stocked with plenty of pillows and towels, and the kitchen was the perfect size for the two of us.It is a cozy tiny home, but having both a bedroom and a sleeping loft was an added bonus for us—we used the downstairs bedroom to store our luggage and clothes and used the loft for sleeping, which worked out perfectly.The location is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, surrounded by quiet farmland. We got a huge kick out of watching the cows graze in the field across the way or sit under the trees right from the living room window, and we even spotted a groundhog a few times!Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. You are only about 15–20 minutes from downtown Watkins Glen, and the drive in is lined with incredible wineries and distilleries. Having a Dandy's (mini-mart) just 5 minutes away at the main road was another great convenience. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!"
