Friendly staff, clean room

The desk clerk was so friendly and sweet. She took the time to recommend a few restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what I needed.

There was various healthy foods to choose from! Rooms were clean, comfortable and easy on the eyes! Felt our cars were safe in the parking area, it was well lit. Did not have much interaction with staff but they were helpful and friendly.

We were in Vidalia GA and stayed here for 2 nights. It was excellent from the staff to the clean room. We have no complaints at all. The hot breakfast was a real bonus. We will definitely stay there whenever we are traveling through this area again.

Stay was great, staff was very friendly and the room was nice. My only complaint was the noise from about 20 or so birds in the trees next to the parking lot which was in front of my room. I love birds but not at 5am. Probably could have changed rooms but it was ok.

great customer service

I was in a room next to loud and noisy neighbors. The lady a the desk Angelica I think was her name, allowed me to move to another room. That was above and beyond my expectations. The new room was quiet and much cleaner.

Clerk was extremely helpful, came and showed me how to operate remote. Stay was good, only problem was people in next room were very loud until 3:30 am.the only reason I didnt complain they were elderly and were laughing and just talking very loud Room was updated and very clean. Left before breakfast, so don't know about it.

The room had to be deodorized it really was smelling bad when we arrived the smell was even coming out of the air conditioner too this morning while taking a shower I saw a bug run across the floor and the towels don't smell that clean so and the humidity is bad in the bathrooms and they could use better lighting in the bathrooms Bedsheets and beds were comfortable 😌 Breakfast was good Hotel was pretty quiet and comfortable. Overall clean The shower was difficult to control water temperature. Too hot then too cold

Was extremely clean, even smelled clean. Sanitized. Which is a big deal to me. Service was lackluster. check in was slow due several customers checking in at the same time but friendly enough to recommend a place to eat dinner. Check out was quick but attendant was not very personable. Bed was decent, not as uncomfortable as I was expecting. The noise from the road kept us from getting a good nights sleep along with other guests honking their horn 6-8 times at 5 am. Lighting in our room was terrible over the sink, couldn’t see to do makeup. Breakfast offered was all carbohydrates/sugar laden which I must limit so we passed on breakfast. This wouldn’t be my first choice to stay if I came to this area again.
