"When I went to take a bath in the jetted bathtub, I turned it on before I got in it, and there was some hairs. Needless to say, I did not take a jetted bath, but it should be cleaned out after I got through with it."

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the air-conditioning worked great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again when in the area. They recommended a Mexican Restaurant close by (within walking distance) that was very nice and great food."

"The room A/C was only just tolerable in this miserable climate. The desk clerk was rude and snippy. (Hire somebody white to get an IQ over 75 next time, Best Western.) The "desk" had a damaged leg and wobbled. The bathroom floor was greasy and the towels rather thin. The TV was not connected to the Internet and had no antenna for over-the-air channels, making it unwatchable. The Internet connection failed, in fact, and had to reconnect several times. When you do more poorly than the Quality Inn in your same town, which was no bargain either, that's not a good mark. "
