"Nice design, central location"

"Basic small single room but very comfortable with a clean bathroom, tea and coffee facilities, great sleep, comfortable bed and less than a 10 minute walk to Horley station, would recommend and definitely stay again"

"Great location served by local bus route from centre of town. Convenient cafes and eateries within walking distance as well as the beach front."

"A very clean and cozy room for a one night stay! We arrived before check-in and the staff was super nice & gave us the room early. Similarly at check-out, they offered to hold our luggage while we took one more walk round the city. Simple room, but has everything you could need & it's in a perfect location! Close to train station & everything else Brighton has to offer :)"

"We were disturbed most of the night by the background humming of other guests' bathroom fans and gurgling of water coming into our basin. We would like to have had help with the lack of reception on the TV but unfortunately did not receive any reply to our request. Room okay with some nice furnishings."
