The stay was simply amazing. The cabin was roomy, comfortable, extremely clean, with an amazing view of the lake. The deck, which faces west, was perfect for watching sunsets. The dock was easily accessible for our boat. The cabin is everything that is advertised.

Excellent overall, just as described in listing and other reviews. Great communication. We loved the deck, used the kayaks and grill and enjoyed the shared community park/picnic space. Neighboring properties are close but everyone was friendly, respectful, and the trees and lake still felt secluded.

Perfect Slice of Lake Life

This cabin was wonderfully decorated and had tons of wonderful touches. My friends and I enjoyed lots of time on the deck overlooking the lake. There were lots of touches of home, extra toiletries in every bathroom. And Liz was very accommodating for our boat trailer parking. I would highly highly recommend anyone to rent here if they are looking for a weekend retreat in a place that feels like home.

Lovely cabin on a clear lake!

Cabin and views were lovely. The lake was so clear and we thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and swimming off the dock in spite of cooler weather. Cabin is super well stocked and layout suited our multigenerational family of 5 very well. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Girls Weekend

2nd time at this property, and love how well appointed, stocked and furnished it is. There hasn’t been a single thing I needed in the kitchen that wasn’t available. Comfortable beds, cozy and clean.

We enjoyed our late August stay at this property. Very well maintained property, clean, and fully stocked with everything. Liz was extremely responsive and enjoyable to work with. We will be rebooking for next summer.

Great cabin

Nice space and access to the lake. If the cabin were more private it would have been 5 stars for neighborhood instead of 4. Neighbors were walking in front of cabin towards lake view each day.

Family ice fishing trip

We had our family ice fishing trip this past weekend and had a great time. The location is beautiful and the cabin is amazing. I think I was most happy with the comfy beds…I’ve stayed at other places on the lake and the beds were less than comfy. Very happy with the kitchen amenities as well. All around great place and Liz was super easy to communicate with. For fishing, we did catch northern pike and perch right out from the cabin. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean and comfortable

Overall the cleanest cabin I've ever stayed in. Nice comfortable couches and beds. Host was incredibly responsive when we had a small need of repairs and sent out a handyman right away. Excellent and seamless check in process.

Perfect vacation

We loved our week at the cabin on Round Lake! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, the lake was ideal for swimming and kayaking. We took advantage of the pickleball court right outside our door and the deck was great for lazy afternoons reading. Ideal location so close to Hayward too.

Fantastic Home & Location!!!!

This home is fantastic!!! We were so lucky to have found this treasure. The location is wonderful - the lake is clear with sandy bottom...beautiful. Great to watch the sun rise on the deck and sitting on the pier we could watch the sun go down as well. The home was stocked with absolutely anything you could possibly need for meal prep. The host was fantastic responding quickly when I reached out. We will definitely be back! If you are an off road biker the trails are close and a great ride. Pickleball on the grounds was great fun too.

Perfect Girl’s Weekend Getaway

I had the privilege of cooking, waiting on, and spoiling my Daughters and their friends for Girl’s Weekend! Liz knows exactly what guests want/need while on vacation and it shows in the amenities and details from the toiletries, plush towels, comfy beds, to life jackets and kayaks to enjoy the crystal clear water of Round Lake. The Timberlane Cabin is spacious, Beautifully decorated, and has every amenity you need to have an Amazing vacation or getaway! The Girls had an Amazingly Fun Girl’s Weekend!!! Thank you Liz! Log home at the lake

Great location on Round Lake ! Host was great to work with ! We really enjoyed our stay ! The kitchen had everything we needed - dishes were nice and pots and pans new! We did have very hard time reaching the glasses that were all high up on the 3 rd shelf! Im 5’5”” and spouse 5’11””! Would be nice to have brighter lighting for downstairs bedrooms and another nightstand and dresser for clothes. Had to live out of suitcases and we enjoy unpacking and having a place to unpack. Host is lovely and we would definitely visit again! Thank you!

As advertised.

Enjoyed the house and deck and surrounding area. Place was clean and organized. Plenty of kitchen items to use. Bathrooms were clean and neat. Down stairs Queen bedroom is pretty small, no dressers or closet to use for clothes. Kids room was nice, but again no dresser or closet.Upstairs bedroom is spacious, but again no dressers or closet. Beds were comfortable and plenty of coves and pillows. Had a fun time, enjoyed the clear lake water, tubing and fishing and kayaking. Never did find the gym. Play area is nice for the kids. Enjoyed the fire pit. Beach is small and about 1/4 mile walk away.
