"We were very pleased with the owners, especially since we arrived during a storm with tornado warning sirens blasting. They made sure we were safe and if there were any issues with the weather, they would let us know where we needed to seek shelter. The storm never hit, so we took their advice and explored Wichita, especially the Keeper of the Plains. We had an enjoyable experience in town and a great stay that night. Everything was just as described. If we return to Wichita, we will definitely stay there again."

"Front sliding doors did not open. You had to open them manually. They ran out of room keys so the staff on duty had to unlock our room everytime we left and came back. Breakfast was just bread, jelly, milk and cereal. We were attacked by bed bugs during our stay."

"The room was clean, but there were stains on the sheets. They smelled clean, so I'm guessing the fabric was permanently stained. It was a little unsettling and you would think that staff would permanently retire sheets in that condition instead of reusing them. Small breakfast was fine, except the juice wasn't real, but a powdered orange drink mix. Quiet location."
