"We booked the two bedroom apartment. However the owner stated that he made a mistake, and the ground floor is available which is a three bedroom. The apartment was not clean at all. The shower and toilet doesn’t work properly. There are ant, spiders, and roaches. The garbage from the previous guest was still in the kitchen. No toilet papers, towels and hand soap was available in the unit. Total disappointment."

"I stayed at Uzungöl Bikka Pansiyon, with my wife and 8 years old daughter, for 2 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was nice and clean and it had everything we needed, including a washing machine, fridge/freezer and a small gas cooker. It offers a breathtaking view form its balcony. Out hosts, Aziz, was very friendly and helpful. He managed to find us fresh milk from the village in the evening. We really look forward to staying at Uzungöl Bikka Pansiyon for a bit longer in the...

"The facility location is excellent, as it is right next to the lake. However, the property is very old. The bathroom is small and has an open shower design that causes water to spread everywhere during use. There was also a bad smell coming from the bathroom. In addition, the facility has no elevator. I had to leave after the first night, even though my reservation was for three nights."
