Went to front desk to get ticket man at cront desk asked us fifty questions and I finally said look up my booking just give us tickets. Fot tickets had to wait in line all over again. Very humiliating and embarrassing. We used to stay at hotel now its about every other month. Food always room temperature. 12.00 parking per car crazy. Free bottled water discontinued. Loud metal hitting metal all nite long. Room phone not working."
