Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video streaming), TV, washing machine, coffee maker, and underfloor heating. The apartment is barrier-free and features a private elevator right next to the entrance.



    Enjoy beautiful views of the Alb landscape from your private balcony. The shared garden with barbecue area is also at your disposal.

Erholsame Übernachtung in sauberer moderner Wohnung

Pros: Die Begrüßung durch Erhard war sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Sie war sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt in einem 6-Parteien-Haus im 2.OG direkt am Stadtrand von Hayingen mit idyllischer Aussicht auf die umliegende Natur. Auf dem Balkon konnte man gut den Abend ausklingen lassen. Das Bad hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die große Regendusche und auch die Möglichkeit Wäsche bei Bedarf zu waschen. Die moderne Klimatisierung der Räume ist im Sommer bestimmt sehr vorteilhaft. Im großen Wirtschaftshof mit Trampolin, Spielzeugtraktoren und Sandel/Tobestelle haben unsere Kinder gerne gespielt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Erhard und können die Ferienwohnung am Kappenturm auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Cons: -
