We were out of our home for repairs and had scheduled for two nights but it was done sooner so we wanted to go home and Expedia makes it hard to contact anyone to cancel so hotel did it for us. Not full refund but appreciated what we did. Triple Play Hotel needs to update to higher commodes as I almost fell in the floor as it was so short. Fine for children but not adults.

We traveled from Washington with our kiddos for spring break. Upon arrival into the resort my first impression was that it is very dated and a bit dingy looking. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk who checked us in and was able to accommodate us with a ground level room. The room had the same old dingy feel, the AC unit in the room needed a good cleaning, there wasn’t any type of fan in the bathroom which I thought to be very odd. The bathroom got very steamy with a family of four showering back to back especially back and forth from the pool. The beds were clean and comfortable, and they did have cable so that was a plus. Breakfast was honestly kinda gross, they had a variety of things, but the eggs were definitely powdered eggs, the gravy for the biscuits was what I describe as snot like texture, and most of our stay the pancake machine was out of order. One thing that bothered me was the clip on fan located right by the food and it was caked with dirt and dust and blowing right next to all the food. The water park was extremely chlorinated our eyes burned immediately walking in, it was almost unbearable, the three days we were there the hot tub, and one of the little kid slides was closed. The wave pool hardly made waves, don’t know if I would even call them waves. The only fun part was the big kid slides which never had a line. The gaming area, and bowling was cool, though they were short staffed they made it all still happen.

I wish the hotel would let you know that even though check-in isn't until 4 p.m. You can still check-in to get your bracelets for Triple Play so the kids can play while you are waiting for your room. We lost 1/2 day being able to use the attractions after paying for 2 days. Should be able to use the attractions until noon the day of check-out. The breakfast buffet was good.

The breakfast was good but our night was awful. We went to bed at 9pm and there was a ton of noise from the room above us but we understood since the Waterpark is open until 10pm but we were awaken at 130am with a ton more stomping that went on until 2pm we called the room number above us and they picked up then hung up. The tv and remote also sucked. The remote was really dirty and hardly worked. We couldn't navigate the cable channels at all so you had to know what numbers to type into the remote. The lighting in the room was really dark. I'd think that tgese rooms would all have updated LEDs. The balcony was blocked by the slides outside and our child got into the used ash tray which was not what we expected to find.

Fun fun fun! This is a great location for a getaway with the kids. Lots of fun things to do from water slides to bowling. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great! Super friendly staff.

Very outdated and dirty for what you pay to stay here and the pool passes are mandatory and we couldn’t even enjoy it because there were disrespectful big kids overtaking the little kid area, the lifeguards did nothing about it and wouldn’t allow us in the larger pool with our baby… as if we aren’t responsible to look after our own child at a pool? How stupid. Won’t go back

They gave us the wrong room (we reserved a King with sofa bed due to 3 people) and our room only had the bed. Front counter employee said it was my error and I had to cancel with Expedia to get the right room..even with my receipt showing I paid for the king with sofa bed.

First off I booked through Expedia bc it was the same price but I wanted the Expedia rewards. Turns out if you book through 3rd party you do not get the 3 passes to park. Which would’ve been included if I had purchased through triple play itself. The mattress were decades old and very uncomfortable. There was mold in the shower and the shower rod was falling off. The linen smelt like an older lady’s perfume. Constant noice from all over. You can hear people slamming doors all night and running / walking up and down hallways. Also serious security hazard: my niece who was staying in a separate room was able to get a key to my room just by saying she was my niece. Lucky it wasn’t a real security threat. I would like to be refunded for the additional $90 I had to pay for park passes and for the terrible nights I had to stay here.

This review is about the hotel portion of the establishment not about the connecting triple play. The hotel is next to a bar/pub which plays its loud music till 2-3am in the morning. Then you also have the loud patrons you can hear from the very same place. The hotel room itself is very outdated and reeked of cigarette smoke an had animal stains in the carpet. Last thing that was annoying as well was that the walls of the room were so thin you could hear everything around you. So if your planing to stay here I would get a room furthest from the bar an tell yourself it’s a older hotel that needs to be remodeled.

We’ve been staying here for years and this time it was noticeably dirty. The bathroom and kitchenette areas were not clean. The stains and dirt are visible and frankly gross. The property as a whole needs some serious cleaning and repairs. Our heater/a/c unit was broken, the sink wouldn’t drain, the curtain rod was broken. Very disappointed.

The hotel is in need of updates. Beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. You can hear everything from the hallway and all rooms next to you. The triple play fun center is more updated and in better condition than the hotel.

Disappointed for a few reasons, when we first walked into our room there was food chunks on the floor, gross. We were not aware of the updated Triple Play attraction hours at the time we purchased our tickets, and nothing is posted online about this. We came over for my son's birthday and had Wed 10-18 packed full of activities in Spokane and if we would have known ahead of checking in we would have actually just come to Triple Play early and taken advantage of all the attractions. But instead got there and felt rushed to enjoy everything because of limited schedules, to the point we didn't even get to enjoy the water park side. I made sure my son had a blast, but if I would have known there were so many changes to schedules that are not posted online, I would have booked at a completely different hotel. I booked here because I fully expected to have fun at the waterpark and the other attractions. Just really disappointed in the whole experience.

Triple play hotel is bery nice and the beds are big and literally walking distamce to the arcade which we enjoyed. Also we went to scarywood and it wasnt that far from there so if you havent stayed here come on over to triple play and check it out.

I loved the staff, and the breakfast. It’s very convenient to stay and play and have everything right there in your hotel. However it’s noisy and kids running everywhere which is expected so if you want a peaceful place, don’t stay here, but if you want fun for your family then it was perfect.
