    Located in Hayborough, within walking distance to the beach, and with magnificent views of Granite Island and The Bluff from the balcony, this home will cater for larger families or two groups of friends wanting their own space.



    The Space:

    Upstairs:

    Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine.

    Dining area with seating for four people and four stools at the kitchen bench.

    Open plan lounge with TV and glass doors out to the large undercover balcony with outdoor setting and a BBQ. This area has magnificent views across the ocean to Granite Island and The Bluff.



    Bedroom one includes a Queen bed, built in robe and glass doors out onto the balcony to enjoy the exceptional view.

    Bedroom three has a Tri-bunk (double on the bottom and single on the top). Built in robe.



    The bathroom includes a shower, separate bath and vanity.

    There is a separate toilet next to the bathroom which has its own basin.

    Kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine.

    Dining area with seating for six people and four stools at the kitchen bench.

    Open plan lounge with TV and glass doors out to the back yard which has a large undercover veranda with large outdoor setting.

Our Stay

Location was great, close to the beach, walking distance to Victor Harbour.Everything was clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable.
