"Clean room, peaceful location, beautiful site. We didn't see anyone, but didn't need to as the communication was very clear. No TV in room, but we were very happy with that. Would definitely recommend."
"Lovely hotel in stunning location. The decor in the annexe rooms was not really in keeping with the more modern building (the decor mirrored the main hotel which is older so makes more sense). But the extra space for a family was great and the main hotel was really impressive, the breakfast room took our breath away!! Would stay again definitely"
"Lovely hotel right in the centre of Abergavenny. There's also parking a few minutes walk away and a great restaurant and bar. There are some great hiking trails to try nearby including the Skirrid, Blorenge and Sugar Loaf which has a vineyard on it !"
"We’re walking the Herefordshire Trail and stayed here for one night. I was a good choice. A lovely welcome. We had a room which was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to walk around. Food in the evening was good, with a good menu choice.
Breakfast was excellent a good menu to choose from. All the staff were great. We would stay again if in Kington"
