"We had bed and reakfast, very good value. Good location right in the heart of Hereford and close to the Cathedral. Parking at the rear of the hotel is limited.
Very nice breakfast and staff were wonderful."
"Great stay but there was only a bath and no shower.
Unfortunately the taps leaked and there was some damage to the floor and chrome.
Not the hotels fault but with the sticky weather a shower would have been nice.

"Our stay in Hay on Wye was perfect, punctuated by our stay here. The space was clean and fun to be in, and best of all, walking distance to all the town shops. Was the highlight of our holiday!!"
"Staff were wonderful. We arrived very early on the motorbike and they found us doneness to change and leave our bike gear so we could go exploring. Table service breakfast was a lovely treat and very delicious. Room was wonderful. The outdoor garden area is really nice, very private and beautiful with lots of flowers. Great spot to chill in the evening. Much closer to town than appeared in the map so was very happy with that and it's very close to walking path along the wye"
"Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill you can hear the thumping when in the hot tub. Not very relaxing"
