"Just got back from a family stay at the pond playhouse. We loved the design of the house, the layout and all of the added amenities like the game room and theatre room. Our grandsons discovered what a hot tub is and loved it! The family loved the pond and made good use of the kayak and spent time fishing each day.There were a few things that kept this from being truly a 5 star accomodation. One of the pendant lights in the kitchen was missing its globe and light bulb; there is a cracked tile in the kitchen floor; both doors from the garage had what looked like significant mold or rust on them; the sport court needs a serious refresh; and a few rugs in the Master Bath would warm the room up. None of these items ruined our time spent at the house, but it keeps me from giving the property 5 stars."

"Overall, an okay stay. The area is great and the home has plenty of space. There is a nice layout on the main floor and access to several community amenities. The hot tub was an added bonus.There were a few challenges. The mornjng of our departure, I had still not recieved check in instructions. I did reach out and they were quick to tespond, but it was to let me know they missed getting my cars registration information to submit to thr HOA. Until they had that, they wouldnt send me the check in email. Fair enough, just a little inconvenient in the chaos of trying to get out the door. Upon arrival we did the usual walk through to get a better idea of the space as it was our first time staying there. Bathrooms were nice. Most common spaces were generally clean. The wall mounted fans were not used hy us as they were caked in dust and we had a used blue bath towel hanging on the master bedroom door. Easy enough for us to put in the wash machine.When we went. Downstairs to the game room we were met with a couple of buckets, dripping water and a fan. I reached out to the property management and asked a few questions. They responded pretty quickly. We were told it was a residual leak from a refrigerator problem.and the fridge was replaced that morning. We settled in and left it until the next day. It became a 3 day ordeal of home repair and cleaning appointments."

"A wonderful villa for a family getaway! It’s got everything you need for outdoor and indoor fun! Our family of 12 adults and kids has the best of time playing in the house, pool and hot tub during the day, then talking and making s'mores at the fire pit at night. Can’t recommend it enough!!"

"Overall it was a good property and we had a great time. Kids had a blast upstairs in the game area and had movie nights every night in the movie room. We did have some issues that weren’t that bad. We paid for an early check in for 11:00 am and when we got there at 11:10 the cleaner was still there. Towels were still drying in the dryer when he left. The hot tub was dirty and there was no chlorine in the chlorine holder. We did contact host on Friday morning about hot tub, someone finally came out on Saturday afternoon."
