- Triple T invites you to be as active as you wish with swimming pools, golf, pickle ball courts, kayaking, walking trails, workout room, fish or simply relax in nature. Holly Lake Ranch= the best kept secret in east Texas and only a short drive from DFW. Beautiful tall pine trees with lots of nature running around. The house has a cozy feel with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. King bed, Queen bed, Double bed and twin futon with pull out twin. Office space if you need to work. A game room located above the garage has a pool table, shuffleboard, Pacman, and Golden Tee . The house sits on three lots for some privacy. House is ideal for families, girls trips, men's fishing trips! Moe's has the best pizza in Holly Lake! Eat at Mario's cafe for Asian food. Enjoy neighboring east Texas small-town charm in Winnsboro, Mineola, Gladewater, Jefferson, Canton, etc. Go to Lindale for Miranda Lamberts Pink Pistol and have some wine. Don't miss Sinclair's lunch in Winnsboro and The Barrell House Bar and Grill
