The property was amazing. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The property was clean and well taken care of. The children's loft was a big hit with my granddaughters. Communicating with the hosts was very easy and check in process was fast and simple. We will definitely stay there again.

Teal Paradise is the perfect vacation spot! It had everything we needed plus more! We stayed five nights and needed more time to enjoy the space and explore more of the nearby amenities. I foresee this being a regular vacation spot for our family!

This was the perfect place for our annual Labor Day trip. We had family from Texas and Oklahoma ranging in ages from 70 to 1 and everyone had a great time! Cindy was quick to respond to any questions and we appreciated all of the special touches like snacks and toiletries. We will be back!

We had a large group of family and a friend stay at Teal Paradise. The home is superbly equipped. Communication with the owner is the best we’ve experienced. The house is built for large groups with amazing swimming and common areas, while also providing all guests with great privacy. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

The pictures of Teal Paradise do not do it justice. This beautiful property has just about everything amenity you could imagine and is tucked away from neighbors. The owners have thought about everything you could need for your stay. It’s refreshing to visit a rental that is this nicely kept up. We have been to this property twice now and will certainly be going back again in the future.

The accommodation is expansive and offered plenty of room for activities (water, cooking inside and outside, video and board games) as well as privacy for resting. The kitchen cabinets as well as other areas were labeled as to contents which helped in locating items. Both inside and outside were clean and well kept and the property manager was very gracious and helpful.

This is our second time to stay at Teal Paradise. We liked it so much last summer that we returned for another great weekend. Our family of 8 adults and 5 children enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space. Plenty of room for everyone and the grands loved the pool. The owner responds quickly to any questions or concerns. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this is by far the best one. I don't want to keep bragging on it because I am afraid it will be all booked up next summer and we will not be able to get our weekend booked!

Exceptionally beautiful and well kept property. We had elders and toddlers to teens. The resort offers allot, but we found no reason to leave Teal Paradise. Our host truly offered everything. The beauty of a resort setting with the comforts of home gave us all the very best time we could have anywhere. It's perfect. Truly perfect. We hope to visit again. Teal Paradise is our new favorite thing!

We have shared the 4th with my family and my best friend’s family for 36 years. Out of all the places we have rented, Teal Paradise is at the top. Plenty of room for 12 and just a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. Cindy was so nice and responded to all of my requests immediately. Would highly recommend Teal Paradise to anyone wanting to be spoiled with great accommodations and a fabulous swimming pool.

Pictures don’t do this property justice, it was a paradise in the pines. We have been to a lot of different vacation homes and cabins over the last 13 years and this one takes the cake. Not only was the property and location amazing, but the host really did an a amazing job making us feel welcome. They were in constant contact making sure everything was going good and were quick to respond to any questions or issues. They also had complimentary snacks and candy that our kids absolutely loved. All in all they went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible.

Truly a resort experience but in a home. Amenities galore, wonderful large pool with waterfall, hot tub and swim-up ledge for drinks or food, Bedrooms off the large deck, each with private bath. Kitchen has every utensil and tool needed for any meal. Large windows on the deck looking onto the pool to keep an eye on kids. A/C works great in the hottest part of Summer. Quiet and secluded from other houses in the area. Homeowner thinks of everything a guest might need. This was our second year to rent and will rent again!

The property was beautiful and accommodated our three generation of family. The home and the property served all ages. The home information did not do the property full justice. The owners provided everything that we needed. We had plenty of towels for the pool and for the home. We had every spice in alphabetical order. We had a plethora of cooking essentials. The surprise snack baskets were appreciated and consumed. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom essentials were provided and used as we forgot some items. Everything was labeled so we didn’t have to hunt for what we needed. Unfortunately, a huge storm came, and we had to leave early due to no electricity. We enjoyed the inside areas and the outside areas as we gather with our family for food, fun and games.

The description on VRBO does not adequately describe the outstanding level of amenities, comforts, and attention to detail in this house. It is truly a resort property, where everything you might need is already there, from the FULLY equipped kitchen, to the bathrooms stocked with toiletries, to seating everywhere, to large deck with multiple seating areas, to fantastic pool stocked with pool toys, floats, blue tooth speakers, rock diving ledge, and safety equipment. The house is decorated with the taste of someone who appreciates a well organized and well appointed home, with TVs almost everywhere and LABELS on every closet, cabinet and drawer. Everything about the house shows thoughtfulness for use and consideration for the guests. The hosts were on top of everything and responded quickly. Fantastic rental, top of my list!

This is our second time to stay at Teal Paradise and it was just as amazing as the first. Between the game room, toy room and pool we stayed busy and best of all kept the kiddos entertained! Our group age range was from 3 to 63 and there was something for all of us! My mother in law uses a walker and needs help to get around at times and she was very comfortable. The adjustable bed in the master bedroom was great for her! She was able to get around in the house and on the back deck comfortably so she could enjoy the scenery and watch her grandkids play. The scenery is beautiful and I personally loved walking around the property and checking out all of the beautiful plants. There are so many different places and different kinds of seating to relax outside. And best of all, the whole area is shaded! The host is wonderful and the extra little things such as the snack baskets brought a smile to our faces as soon as we walked in! I learned from last time and barely had to pack anything because so much is provided. I could go on and on about how wonderful Teal Paradise is.. we can’t wait to go back!

The property is incredible. The Steeds have it stocked with everything you’ll need, plus lots of great extras (snacks, s’mores gear, fire pit, outdoor heaters, pool/hot tub, tons of TVs, game room, super comfy beds). It worked perfectly for my family for Thanksgiving. The location is pretty remote, but if you know that’s where you want to be it’s no big deal. We were spending most of our time in Tyler and it was the only place large enough to accommodate our family—made for lots of driving. The only downside is the whole HOA rigamarole. Check-in is tricky because if you try to navigate to the address of the guard station where you check in, it doesn’t take you to the correct place and you end up at a security gate where it’s hard to turn around and get out and the residents/guests in line behind you get cranky. Several of the neighbors were very rude, but we spent so little time outside the property that we didn’t have to deal with them much. It was a lot of work up front to get everything situated so that our family that is local could come to the house to visit while we were there (had to gather IDs and submit them before the trip); but the Steeds were great at coordinating it all and making it as easy as possible. The guard station staff were very friendly and the Steeds were helpful and quick to respond if we reached out with a question. Definitely recommend their place, especially if you have a large family (there were 9 of us) and want plenty of comfy space!

Now where do I begin, Cindy was the sweetest and most professional rental I have had thus far. She accommodated and was patient with me the whole way through the booking process and getting access to the property. I had a group of 15 ladies to come to Holly Lake for a girls weekend and when I say we had the best time...we had the best time. The house was emaculant and the pictures does it no justice. Cindy had snacks in two common areas, anything you may have forgotten to pack she had them in baskets in every restroom, and the space for relaxation was BIG!!!!! Every bed was comfortable, every room had a smart TV, and the kitchen had every gadget you possibly needed. One thing about the kitchen, EVERYTHING is labeled so you know where everything is. Now let's talk about the POOL. We booked in March so the weather was Iffy so we opted to PAY to get the pool heated and it was the best decision we could have made. We hoped in the pool than went over to the Jacuzzi that was heated and ready for relaxation. Another thing is Cindy sent a reminder of check out and the check out rules which made it easy to know what was expected foe check out. TEAL PARADISE was beyond AMAZING and I plan on booking real soon!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Cindy for your generous hospitality and availing your home to us, we greatly appreciate you and look forward to returning again!!!! My husband and I stayed at Teal Paradise during Memorial Day Weekend with two of our daughters, their husbands and two granddaughters. 6 adults and 2 children. We live abroad most of the year and this was a reunion type getaway. We looked for a venue that would provide us public spaces to hang out together as well as quiet hideouts when we needed privacy, we needed entertainment for the kids and the adults. Teal Paradise had the perfect layout for our needs. Every couple had a private room, and the kids could be close enough to their parents. The wide deck allowed us to be together for meals, the pool house barbeque area was spacious, and we could cook and hang out together. We found the layout to provide the intimacy and privacy our family needed. During the reservation process Cindy, the host was quick to respond and attentive to all our questions and needs. Upon arrival we could tell that the house was spotless clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly think of. As much as we were prepared and thought we brought everything, Cindy surprised us with food containers, cooking sheets, tin foil, zip lock bags and much much more. She thought of every little detail to make us feel welcome and at home as fast as possible. She thought of the details down to the labels on the cabinets letting us know where everything is. It is important to mention that Holly Lake area has poor to no internet reception, but the house itself is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi that allowed all gadgets (and we had a lot) to work efficiently (We could not have the kids going without iPads for a full weekend). The adults enjoyed music throughout the house and QR codes to scan for additional instructions as needed. For this holiday weekend we were concerned with activities and entertainment …lucky for us the weather was perfect for swimming. We asked Cindy to heat the pool for us so even I was not cold, and I could enjoy hours in the pool with the grandkids. We had BBQ’s and S’more cooking on the fire pit. We joined the Holy Lake 50 years celebration with children and adult activities including their “Car Show” and outdoor concert. Thank you, Cindy, for hosting us at Teal Paradise. This weekend was very special and memorable for my family.

We enjoy Teal Paradise so much that we keep coming back. This summer was our 3rd stay and our grands are already talking about coming back next summer. It is the perfect set up for our family of 8 adults and 5 children. We all have room to spread out in the spacious home and the outdoor area is unbeatable. Everything from the sparkling pool, hot tub, outdoor seating, fire pit, gas grill and lush landscaping make for a great outdoor experience. Only problem is the weekend was too short. Cindy is a great host and thinks of every detail to help your stay be hassle free. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back again.

Our family of 13, ages 5-68 had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this beautiful house. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this house is the cleanest and best-appointed house we have stayed in. It offers great communal spaces and privacy for each bedroom. The kids enjoyed the bonus room while the adults made use of the campfire pit. Cindy is a great host providing snacks and toiletries. We hope to return!
