"We came a couple of hours early and they put our bags in a locker and the owner gave us a ride to the Suncheon Bay in his personal vehicle,truly went out of his way to ensure our happiness, breakfast was a bonus,are sending a couple of our relatives to him because of this extraordinary customer service,would highly recommend "

"Even though there are signs to not wear shoes in the room, the carpet was extremely dirty and should have been deep cleaned or replaced entirely. The curtains by the bathroom and window were also very dirty. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful though. Location was convenient enough but just think the rooms could use a refresh. "Nice and friendly staff. English communication is possible with a translator app, otherwise there is no possibility to speak or communicate with the staff but that’s pretty normal in Korea. The top Itself is very cozy and traditional. It’s clean and you got yourself a little balcony. At our stay there was only cold water for the shower. "Clean rooms. Very friendly owner. Bit painful on the back if you are not used to sleeping without a mattress but I guess that is part of the hanok experience. Toiletries and basic kitchen needs available. Limited transport and dining around the area. Cannot figure out the opening times of the restaurants as well. It says open in Google, Naver and signage on the doors, but is actually closed. Still happy with our stay though. Happy to experience what living in a hanok is like. Just make sure to...
