Accommodation information
Our holiday rental “Helga” is located in Hostrup, near Havetoft. Hostrup is a very quiet town located about 10 km south of Flensburg.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a single-family home. A spacious loggia adjoins the living room, and both the dining room and the open-concept kitchen are equipped with high-quality appliances.
There are two bedrooms with large beds, a closet, and various dressers.
The bathroom was also completed in 2023 and features a large walk-in shower.
You have your own private garden area in front of the house that you’re welcome to use. It’s equipped with seating and a patio umbrella.
The holiday rental was fully renovated in 2023 and offers almost everything your heart desires.
You can start your daily walk right from the house, and after a short stroll, you’ll find yourself in wide-open fields and meadows.
You can park your car right on the property. If you’d like to bring your own bicycles, you can store them in the shed or under the carport.

Surroundings of the accommodation
Havetoft is located in the heart of Angeln. It’s about a 40-minute drive to Gelting. There you’ll find the “Geltinger Birk” nature reserve—a birdwatcher’s paradise. You can go hiking, watch the Konik horses (wild horses) and Galloway cattle, or simply relax and unwind in nature.
Flensburg is about a 15-minute drive away—there’s much more to discover there besides the “Rote Straße” with its little shops, such as the harbour, the bistros, the shopping district, and much more.
Other nearby towns include Schleswig (with its charming old town and lovely cafés), Glücksburg, and Lindaunis—home to the house from the TV series “Landarzt”—as well as the Winderatter See Nature Reserve, featuring beautiful hiking trails and serving as a habitat for countless birds, and much more.

The Fröruper Mountains are about a 15-minute drive away.
Our holiday rental is the perfect starting point for biking and hiking.
