"Room was clean and bed comfortable. Booked a room with a tub, however the room that was assigned to me did not have a tub. Brought to the attention of the front desk and they refunded us $50. Not too many amenities but good location to stay at if you are planning a trip to the casino. The do have shuttle service available on Friday and Saturday. Overall, a good experience, will definitely stay here again!"

"In all of my years of travel, I have never been charged an Early Check-In Fee. The fee was to "rush" the cleaning of a room. Yet once I said that I'd pay the fee, the room was ready. When you check in, either a room is ready for you or not. Being charged a fee to get to your room that is cleaned & ready is absurd, especially since I'm attending an event that is being held at that hotel! "

"The receptionist was having trouble with check in due to Wi-fi connection but was pleasant and helpful even under stress. The following morning we had cold water in the shower. The new receptionist informed us to run the tub, bathroom and and shower on at the same time as the were booked and many people were using hot water, which helped."

"I arrive and there’s no one at the front seat. A written sign says to “knock on door”‘which I do for several minutes. I then resort to yelling “hello, anyone here?” This goes on for 10 mins. I then call the hotel and the phone that rings is at the desk where I am standing. Finally some an employee walks through the door after “getting sone fresh air” He gives me my keys, drive around to the back to Door C, keys don’t work. Drive back to front desk only to get accused of putting the keys agains my phone. I know better, told him I did not. Get new set of keys, again they don’t work. Drive back to front desk. Employee meets me at door and tells me the door reader is inop. Mind you this is happening at 11pm. I would rather sleep in a box than stay here again Oh and the room reeked like cigs and the carpet was damp, ewwww."

"Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean with nice bedding. The bathroom was clean with nice body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Plenty of towels! The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the Mystic area and Groton. A variety of restaurants nearby."

"Room was clean, walking distance to nice restaurant. Ocean view. NO elevator for upper floor rooms."

"When we pulled up the property looked unsafe the steps to enter the lobby were in disrepair , the side of the building had obvious signs of fire covered over with plywood and there was a huge pothole in the entrance drive. Not to mention that the overall area seemed unsafe to return to late at night. We drove away and stayed elsewhere. "
