Back garden with patio, sitting-out area with garden furniture and barbecue. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: 2 steps in garden.. Come and enjoy Studio Cottage set within the idyllic village of Treffynnon, this superb cottage offers the perfect romantic retreat and just 4 miles away from the tranquil harbour village of Solva and Porthgain, with their harbours, art galleries, shops and restaurants nearby, this semi-detached property lies near the 186 miles of Pembrokeshire Coastal Path that meanders around this sublime and dramatic coastline. This lovely cottage has been lovingly finished throughout and offers a bright and airy open plan kitchen, living and dining area that leads out to your private patio area where you can enjoy dining al fresco or taking in the sunny weather with a good book. Formal dining can be enjoyed with a romantic meal for two in the open plan dining area.

    For the more adventurous, take a sea safari expedition around the offshore island of Ramsey, cruising close to sea birds, seals and the occasional bottlenose dolphin. The golden beaches of Newgale and Whitsands are within easy reach and are renowned for surfing and water sports. Enjoy stepping back in time with a visit the historic city of St David’s and discover its magnificent 12th century cathedral and medieval ruins of the Bishops Palace. A visit to Pembrokeshire would not be complete without a trip to its majestic sites of the west including Pembroke, Carew and Manorbier castles, or a trip to the award winning leisure attractions of Oakwood, Folly Farm and Anna’s Welsh Zoo located in the south of the county near the popular tourist resort of Tenby.

Lovely location

Location is so convenient to reach the beautiful beaches of West Wales. Property was quiet, well furnished and very comfortable.

Cottage in good location for coastal walks and other attractions.

Cottage in good location for coastal walks and other attractions. Reasonable facilities in cottage and the small patio area is a little sun trap in the afternoon. We enjoyed our stay, but had a problem with the oven (possible thermostat issue) which spoilt our meal on second night. We didn’t use it again! Cottage owner has arranged an inspection so hopefully issue will be sorted for future lettings.
