This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

The Tirant Hotel is very well located in the heart of the old quarter. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size without being huge. We were a family of 4 with two teenage kids so we book two rooms. The rooftop terrace and pool are fantastic to get away from the hussle and bussle of the streets below. Staff are welcoming and very helpful.

Our stay at the Hotel du Lac Signature as a family of five with three kids (two teens) was incredible.
Communications before arrival were fantastic, it was in a great location in Hanoi and the accommodation itself was beautiful.
Two things that really stood out were:
1) The food: the breakfast buffet was amazing, with everything being extremely fresh and varying every day.
2) the staff. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a hotel with such friendly and attentive staff. Every single team member was would greet us with a smile and offer to help at every turn. We really felt like VIPs- but I could see this is how they treated every guest.
If I ever stay in Hanoi again, I would stay at the Hotel du Lac Signature without a second thought and couldn't recommend it more to anyone else travelling to Hanoi.
