The hotel had everything we needed. Basic hotel but nice. Good that it was an easy walk to two tube stations. Access to the central line, jubilee and circle lines was a bonus. Hôtel was clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast is really nice. Complimentary coffee machine and filters water station was also great to have. Thanks

On arrival we received a free upgrade to a beautifully spacious room. Very comfortable bed!! Large windows. Kettle & refrigerator were great as we were staying 9 nights. Deep bathtub with shower! Good continental breakfast included. Staff so helpful and friendly. Hotel is quick walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, V&A Museum. Overall we were delighted with our stay! Thank you to all the lovely staff & management of the Ashburn Hotel.
