This house is completely renovated with a beautiful vinyl plank flooring, new shower and modern kitchen. The whole house is nicely decorated. It has five bedroom and 2 ½ bathroom and two full kitchen and washing and dryer machine. You will enjoy this house. Very comfortable and pretty. We are able to accommodate large group in this house. .

Perfect for what we needed

This property was perfect for our group. The property was close to the baseball field. The use of the bike trail was wonderful for biking, walking or running in the morning. We had plenty of parking and the place was very clean. I definitely would stay there again if in the area.

THIS DESERVES 0/5 STARS BUT IT MADE ME RATE AT LEAST 1/5 😡 THIS PROPERTY AND ULTIMATELY VRBO IS A SCAM. WE PAID IN FULL FOR THE STAY IN MAY 2022... RECEIVED A BOGUS ADDRESS ON AUGUST 31 AND THEN NEVER WAS PROVIDED WITH A ACCESS CODE TO THE SO CALLED HOUSE. THE ADDRESS THAT WAS PROVIDED LOOKED PRACTICALLY ABANDONED. MESSAGED THE HOST ALL DAY TRYING TO GET INFO AND ONCE WE REALIZED THAT THEY WERE NOT SENDING ACCESS TO THE HOUSE, WE REACHED OUT TO VRBO. WE WERE LEFT STRANDED WITH A FAMILY BRIDAL PARTY WHICH INCLUDED A 9-MONTH OLD BABY AND 85 YEAR OLD ELDERLY LADY FOR OVER 3 HOURS...WE WERE OVER 3 HOURS AWAY FROM HOME WITH NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS AND PLANS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEKEND. STAYED ON THE PHONE FOR OVER AN HOUR WITH VRBO—THERE WERE NO OTHER PROPERTIES AVAILABLE AND NO HOTELS THAT VRBO COULD ACCOMMODATE OUR PARTY. YES, YOU ARE READING CORRECTLY—THEY HAD “NO WAY” TO MAKE RIGHT A SCAM THAT WAS PROMOTED, ADVERTISED, AND BOOKED BY THEIR COMPANY. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM VRBO SUPPORT SAYING THEY WOULD POSSIBLY REIMBURSE FOR THE COST OF OUR STAY IF WE COULD FIND SOMETHING AND IF IT WAS OF EQUAL/LESSER VALUE AS ORIGINAL RESERVATION. OF COURSE THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE IT WAS 1st GAME DAY IN COLLEGE TOWN. VRBO CUT OFF COMMUNICATION OTHER THAN GENERALIZED EMAILS ASKING IF THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AND NEVER RETURNED REQUESTED PHONE CALLS OR EVEN A PERSONALIZED REPLY TO MULTIPLE EMAILS. WE ARE OUT OVER A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS HOST AND VRBO. THIS HOST AND VRBO IS A SCAM!!!!

Great experience!

The house looked exactly as the pictures did. It was very clean and spacious. The owner was easy to contact. Everything about our two night stay there was positive. We all decided we’d stay there again when we return to Hattiesburg!
