The property is located in amazing location. The room needed an upgrade, we dont feel fresh when we walk in probably because ac or fan was not on. The towels and linen sets would needed some TLC.

Very nice and 2 months old hotel. Reached hotel on the Christmas eve during evening and check out on morning. The next door of the hotel is bar , which have live band very loud and throughout the night. I am not sure was eve or everyday. Totally cannot sleep. However, location and the hotel room itselft are thumb up.

เตียอิ่มหลับสบายไม่ปวดหลัง บริการดี พนักงานน่ารัก พูดดี ช่วยเหลือดี เป็นกันเอง อาหารเช้าอร่อย แนะนำมากๆคะ แถมทาง รร มีบริการรถกอล์ฟรับส่ง, สามารถจองรถเพื่อรับบริการพาเที่ยวในตัวเมืองสงขลาในช่วงเวลา 8.00 -17.00 ถือว่า Exclusive มากๆนะ อ้อ มีจักรยานให้ยืมปั่นด้วยนะคะ พนักงานขับรถสุภาพมากๆ น่ารัก นิสัยดี ขับรถนิ่มดี ปลอดภัยน่านั่ง โดนรวมคือประทับใจมากๆ 10 เต็ม 10 ไม่หักค่ะ

It's rather small Hotel but very clean and comfortable. All the staff is very kind and friendly. The only one thing we suggest here is to install hand railings on the stairs to assess a breakfast room.

Hotel was in a very new condition. However, there was a restaurant/bar next to the property with live music. It was quite loud but the music ended roughly at 11.45 pm. Pillow and bed was extremely comfy. Cleaning was okay, not superb.

The hotel was above my expectation, only negative thing is there is no shaver when I requested for it and the live band beside the hotel was a nuisance as it plays until close to 12am so no way I can sleep before 12am!

The new Montana hotel in Songkhla has many things going for it: great location, extremely helpful reception staff, generous breakfast servings, well-designed rooms. The best thing is the free open-air shuttle that transports guests to places of interest around Muang Songkhla; taxi service to Hat Yai airport is also provided for guests at a decent price. The downside is the restaurant bar next door which blasts music until 11 pm to midnight. The air-conditioning is also one speed at full blast, such that I caught a cold from it. What really lets this eager-to-please hotel down is its housekeeping, which did not make my room in 3 out of the 5 days of my stay, until I insisted upon it at 4pm before the housekeeping staff leaves at 5pm. Worse, I discovered after checkout that my slim external hard drive went missing during my stay in Montana Hotel, so beware of your valuables if you still chose to stay here.

Brand new. Still working out a few bugs (getting restaurant open) but we enjoyed our 5 nights very much. Good location except for noisy nightclub band next door.
