Centrally located in this oasis of lush landscape but near the main road, # 17 Margate Gardens is across the road from the beach and sea! The gated community has a pool and deck for all to enjoy and meet new friends! The 3 bed 3 bath apartment has been updated. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a large breakfast bar for extra seating, an open plan living and dining area leading out to a covered balcony where one can enjoy al fresco dining and entertaining whilst overlooking the pool! WInter- 14 Dec to 11th April USD425.00 per night Low Season 12th April to 30 June USD295.00 per night Cropover 1st Jul to 6th Sept USD 350.00 per night There is a cap on the Electricity of USD50.00 per week and anything over has to be paid for on departure.
