"This is a little gem of a hotel. The rooms are good but the view from the balcony is amazing. The pool is only small but the sea is right next to the hotel. There is a man made lagoon which means the sea is slightly sheltered, its not deep and you can snorkel there, Food was amazing. Its all a la carte so sometimes you might have to wait a little for your meal but the drinks keep coming. All the staff are friendly and as mentioned in every review - you have to join Michelle's rum tasting!! Totally recommend this hotel."

"The property is stunning.and very well kept. An upgrade to a contemporary suite is worth the extra money in my opinion. The staff were attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was great. The beach is beautiful, but unfortunately, seaweed is a huge problem. There is a shuttle to another beach though. The resort is close to the airport, but not much else. The food was very good. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"I had a great stay at this hotel in Barbados and would definitely recommend it, especially for travelers looking for something comfortable and affordable. The location is very convenient—about 15–20 minutes from the airport—and check-in was quick and easy. We arrived early and were welcomed with complimentary drinks at the pool bar, which was a nice touch. The property is clean and well-maintained, with a nice pool area, on-site shopping, and a restaurant. The beach is just a short walk away, and there’s also a restaurant right on the beach. It’s also within walking distance to St. Lawrence Gap for food, shopping, and entertainment. The rooms are set up like apartments, with full kitchens and private balconies. Everything was clean and comfortable, making it a great option for longer stays. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. While a few housekeeping staff weren’t as pleasant, it didn’t impact the overall experience. This is a solid mid-range option price wise—older, but well-kept—and a great value compared to more expensive resorts."

"The stay was ok. They just didn’t tell us about any services that the hotel offered, when we checked in. They need to work on dealing with people of color. We felt like second class guests. We were the only black people in the hotel. We booked four rooms."
