Die Einrichtung passt nicht zusammen, es hat wenig Steckdosen und Lampen (deshalb etwas düster), der Fernseher flimmert, der Rolladen klemmt, der Skiraum ist ein alter Duschraum. Naja romantisch ist es nicht, einfach zweckmässig."

When booking, Expedia describe this particular room type as having a shower and also as having a private bathroom, which is somewhat confusing. In actual fact there is only a shower and a sink, there is no toilet. "

"We traveled to Switzerland for the first time and decided to stay here instead of Zurich because it was cheaper. It is far from all the touristy places but that made our stay more peaceful being away from all the crowds we rented a car so location wasn’t a huge problem for us since we just drove everywhere. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and convenient. "

"The hotel appears to be set up more as a conference centre than the as advertised relaxing spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). We booked a massage (they had to get someone in because they don't have an onsite masseuse) we asked if it would be possible to have at least the whirlpool switch on for after the massage but they left it drained. The food was ok but nothing to...
