"I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. "I read some very negative reviews about this hotel the night before I arrived. I found it super easy to get to from the airport. 1 stop on the subway and a couple of minutes from the station. Great when I arrived at midnight. Room was large & clean. Smoking room but I never noticed any smell and I am sensitive to odours. Next to elevator but not a problem. Just stayed the one night before leaving Osaka but I would stay here again! Great view in the morning across Osaka & Kobe."
