Whether wellness vacation, weekend trip or active vacation in the cycling paradise Hasetal - our house offers everything to really feel good and relax.
Designed as a low-energy house, it has controlled living space ventilation, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, LED lighting, underfloor heating and a solar thermal system. This means that the additional costs for electricity and gas in summer are low 3-4 €, in winter around 7-8 € per day.

On the ground floor:

Light-flooded 45sqm living-dining area with a cozy round seating area, dining area and fireplace.
Open high-tech kitchen with island, xxl fridge with biofresh, high oven, induction hob, warming drawer, dishwasher and an integrated fully automatic coffee machine.
Prepare your latte macchiato, cappuccino, espresso at the push of a button. Microwave, freezer, kettle, raclette, toaster and a conventional coffee machine are also included.
The spacious seating area has a bed function
(Lying area of 140x200cm) and sleeping possibility for 2 people as well as a bed box.
A large flat screen TV with satellite connection, radio, DVD player, toys for the little ones and various board games offer entertainment.
The home furniture is made of high quality oak. In the showcase you will find a large selection n different glasses. There is also a toilet and a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The large panoramic sauna (2.20x2.20m) with a cozy relaxation area and direct access to the garden is in the extension. Another area is used to safely store bicycles. We provide our guests with 2 bicycles free of charge, and 2 e-bikes can be rented for a small surcharge.

Upstairs:

An 18sqm bedroom with a French balcony in a maritime style with a designer bed (size 2.50 x 2.50 m), spacious wall unit and 40 inch flat screen TV. Optionally, a cot or an additional sofa bed can be set up.
The second 9 sqm bedroom, also with a maritime flair, has 2 single beds (1.00 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe and a 32-inch TV. All beds are equipped with high quality mattresses and slatted frames.
A special highlight is the wellness bathroom with Italian designer tiles, a double washbasin, a large round bathtub, an illuminated cosmetic mirror, a walk-in xxl shower and a toilet - an extraordinary luxury bathroom of the extra class.

Outside:

Villa Lakoste has a landscaped garden with a large lawn and is completely fenced.
Two south-west facing terraces with a total area of 50 sqm invite you to linger, so you can enjoy the sun all day. A 6m long electric awning provides for shading.
A large garden table with chairs, sun loungers and a Weber grill are available for your outdoor activities. There is a carport and enough parking space for up to 3 vehicles.
