Minimalist beauty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has great views and the layout worked well for a couple in the master bedroom and two friends in the upstairs twin bedroom. Another couple could easily have been accommodated. 3 bathrooms was great.Some things to note:We were told there was a path to a beach from behind the house. There isn't! Very disappointing. There are unsafe stairs to a marshy area; no path, no beach.The road is very busy with no sidewalks, so you have to drive to the nearby beach and you need a sticker to park. We drove everywhere because it was unsafe to walk or bike.It's dangerous getting in and out of the driveway in a car because of the angles, bushes, and speed of the road.The house is clean and nice but very spare on things like pillows and blankets (bed and throw).It's not possible to enjoy the bay views from outside the house. There are a few plastic chairs provided in the small yard space but the hedges need trimming in order to see the water.
