Cons: the shower is the badly designed and water goes on the floor, room and hallway smelled of food at times due to people cooking, layout of room is pretty awkward/tight and would be an issue for bigger people or those with mobility issues

Stayed two nights as part of 3-day South Coast & Glacier Lagoon tour package, Beautiful hotel and great staff. It has a restaurant and excellent well stocked bar on the lobby level. Breakfast was included in our stay.
