This cozy getaway is spacious with three comfortable bedrooms featuring a queen, full, and two twin beds with soft mattress pad toppers. One full bath with tub/shower and 1/2 bath off the master. Hair dryer included as well as shampoo/conditioner, and body wash making your stay convenient and refreshing. The house stays cool with air conditioning and offers heating for cooler days. Laundry room has washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent and ironing board. Kitchen has oven/stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, small drip coffee pot, keurig, microwave, and a few snacks/coffee stocked! Dining area with counter bar seating also. There is a designated office space with free wifi. Living room has recliner, sectional couch, and large 50 inch tv with dvd/vcr (movies choices stocked) and streaming capabilities as well as free internet channels menu. Pack and play included as well as 2 box fans stocked. The carport parking keeps you out of the rain and makes loading and unloading conveniently located on one level. The backyard has a fire pit surrounded by country picturesque views. A Dollar General is conveniently located 2 min. away for last minute supplies and Nonna's Pizza and Hot Subs is just 3 min. away for a quick, hearty meal. Fun Branson, Missouri, refreshing Bull Shoals Lake, and the relaxing Buffalo River are all roughly a 30 min drive away. While cozy Harrison is just 15 min away with it's small-town hospitality and local amenities. Whether you’re getting ready for a day out or winding down in the evening, you’ll find everything you need right here. We would love to welcome you to our place.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please gather all used towels and washcloths and put on laundry room floor as well as used bedsheets and pillowcases. Pull all trash from trash receptacles and put in metal trashcan on carport.

Please turn off all lights and appliances and turn thermostat back to 72°. Empty refrigerator and freezer of all contents. Wash all used dishes or start load in the dishwasher before leaving.

Please make sure you log out of any streaming accounts on the TV. Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked. Also close all curtains. Return key to master lock on outside of house.
