This historic Midtown row home, built in the 1900s, offers 1,800 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private deck.

All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses, quality linens, light-blocking blinds/curtains, and desk space in Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3.

There is no assigned parking. Please see "Other Details to Note" for more information.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home with a few exceptions.
Owner Only:
Basement, upstairs storage room, and an owner-only closet are not accessible to guests and will be locked.
Back Patio, side door area:
Is not currently set up for guests. The area has uneven bricks that may pose a tripping hazard. We appreciate your understanding as we work toward improving this space in the future.
Additionally, the hot tub belongs to the neighbor and is not part of the rental unit.

Parking:
Parking around the property is in a residential permit parking area.
Permit is necessary between the hours of 8am-10am and 3pm-5pm Monday - Friday
Parking is free on weekends and M-F 10am-3pm
Paid Parking: Paid parking meters are located a few blocks away.

To secure a residential parking permit on your behalf, we ask you reach out at the time of booking and a MIN 5 days prior. The city does require the make, model and license plate of the vehicle you’ll be parking to process the permit.

Additionally, there is street sweeping throughout the city. Signs are posted—please review them carefully.
Please note parking options are first-come, first-serve.... charm of living in a historical part of the city. While parking may be tight at times, we typically don’t have trouble finding a spot.
