AUSSTATTUNG, Schlaf- und Wohnraum mit Möbeln überfüllt, LAUTSTÄRKE HEIZUNG, heißes Wasser in der Küche nur tröpfelnd verfügbar, Besenstil verrostet, Besen nicht nutzbar, GARDINEN Wohnraumüberholungsbedürftig, Schränke nicht nutzbar mit Bettzeug, bzw. Reinigungsutensilien befüllt, muffige Gerüche in den Schränken,malermässige Instandsetzung empfehlenswert, sehr hellhörigPositiv: Lage, schöner Häuserkomplex, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, alles fussläufig.

Überholungsbedürftig

Das Haus macht von außen einen ansprechende Eindruck, inkl. Parkplatz ! Wohnung: -kaum heißes Wasser in der Küche, es sei denn man tröpfelt diese in Abwaschbecken, -Heizung nervt die ganze Zeit -Übergardinen im WZ hingen insgesamt an 4 Haken, Änderung vorgenommen -Bettzeug zusammengewürfelt -Schränke nicht benutzbar , rochen muffig, -Reinigungsutensilien kaputt oder dreckig, -Möbel zusammengewürfelt, um so viele Personen, wie möglich auf den wenigen Quadratmetern unterzubringen
