The hotel seems not aging well:( half the power outlet don’t work. The auto curtain remote is the most confusing thing I have ever seen. It basically requires a lot of coding to raise or put down the curtain as we wanted. And one elevator out of three has been out of order the whole time we stayed there. We expected better conditions from our previous stays.

On a positive: check in was relatively fast and accommodating, beautiful views of the ocean.
On the other hand, room furniture was old, room was consistently not made up until early evening hours, phone calls for hotel services were not answered for up to 10 minutes, daily parking fees were unreasonably high.

Room was clean, love that they gave us 2 bottles of water and staff was friendly. Didn't like having to pay for parking, paying a resort fee for amenities that I didn't use or that I could hear the nearby club or bars music pounding past 1am and that was all the way up on the 9th floor.

This was the second year we stayed at that property to visit our son who lives in LA. We love the property and will always stay there when we are in California.
Great staff, we love the pool area, and the view from our room was fabulous! Love the boardwalk and nearby restaurants.
