"In town for Valentine's Day weekend and We definitely enjoyed are stay this would be the second time we stay here . We were given so many surprises during our stay hostess had given us a wine bottle upon arrival . Then we had a Valentines gift at our door with another bottle of wine left on the counter made us feel so welcomed . Cabin was so cozy didn't we didn't want to leave but we will definitely be coming back . Thank you"

"We typically have a wonderful experience at this hotel. This booking, however, was less than adequate for several reasons. 1. We splurged a little on the booking as it promised a “pool side” room. It ended up being a room ‘facing the pool atrium’. We would not have paid the difference in price for what we received. 2. The stay happened to coincide with a large family gathering/reunion. The area and pool were super crowded. Unbelievably the hotel allowed this family to leave their towels and ice chests overnight in the prime pool seating to occupy the spaces all weekend. We couldn’t even enjoy the pool on Saturday due to this reunion taking all the space. 3. The bathroom had some kind of beep/chirp noise the whole time. Room 139. We don’t know where it came from but it never stopped 4. Saturday morning the power went out for an hour (7:30-8:30) disrupting our getting ready for the day time. Not a great start to our relaxing day out, again, couldn’t even enjoy the pool. 5. Ref the same reunion above, the trash cans were overflowing from their stay. Likely should have hired extra staff for the inconvenience they cause. I understand the hotel is going to maximize their booking but don’t slant the entire stay to them or at least warn folks staying of the inconveniences. I’m convinced our room was shifted to accommodate the reunion. Definitely our pool & facility use were dampened. Additionally, Hotels.com should be straight forward with room location for the extra price"

"Convenient location and reasonable price. Room was fairly basic but upon checkin I had have house cleaning come to the room which they did promptly. It was to clean up 20-50 dead flies and a few dead roaches and crickets on the floor! I guess they used an insect bomb on the room but didn’t come back after it was done to clean up the aftermath. .There was no residual odor from the insect treatment so have no idea when the treatment was done!!"

"There is no Internet service. Our phones wouldn’t work. The hill country experience was beautiful! The air conditioner in one of our bunk houses started making horrific noises, and we couldn’t call out on the Emergency number to get anyone to fix it since we discovered it after hours. So we slept without air-conditioning, but the ceiling fan kept the air circulating. The bathroom and shower stalls were small, but well maintained. I would definitely stay there again but have different expectations before I went."
