"The staff was amazing. We asked for another suitcase holder and the front desk staff said she would bring one up to us and she was there within just a couple of minutes. She was super polite and sweet and helpful. The rooms were older, but they had updated them and they were very clean. They had a night source of cold water available for guests next to freshly baked chocolate chip cookies - they were still warm! The staff was just so sweet. We will stay there again if we are in Kearney overnight."
