"The staff was phenomenal, the room was nice and the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable!!"

"We stayed for memorial weekend it was 4 of us and there was plenty of space ! Home is beautifully well kept and little toiletries were provided incase we forgot anything. Communication with Karen & Antone was 100/10 they were very responsive and Beth helpful with booking. Location was phenomenal, a local park where we watched the sunrise, it was a tennis court and a small park , Karen & Atone also recommended a couple of spots to check out , they pretty much sent a little tour guide for the place. Three floors , kitchen on the first with a full bathroom , living room on second with a bedroom and full bathroom , third floor another bedroom, 2 twin beds on “the loft” with just a toilet and a bathtub (no shower). Only thing the third floor the bed is right underneath the skylight so mornings you’ll wake up to the light shining on your face. There were also a couple of board games which we were happy to play! Very much recommended this spot if you want this place to feel like home away from home!"

"The house at beach was beautiful. It had everything thing you would need. Beds were comfy. The rooms were upstairs with the bathroom. Very quiet and neighbors that took walks were friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who loves the water and doesn't have a problem with stairs. There also was wild bunnies every morning playing in back yard. I was sad when it was time to leave. James was great. Responded to me asap even though it was a holiday weekend. Thank you James"

"The rooms were clean and well designed. The shower was really excellent and the bathrooms were also very nice. Kitchen area was good. Our sofa bed was broken so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice although it was a hassle to move all of our stuff. Unfortunately the microwave oven didn't work in our new room and our email request for help went unanswered. This was very annoying as we were staying in 1 night to cook and not having a functioning microwave was complicated for us. Many of the lights/lamps/switches did not work. Staff need to work on their communication skills, when we called the property the calls were answered very casually and unprofessionally, just a simple hello without identifying the name of the business - left us wondering if we had dialed a wrong number. Likewise at the end of the calls no real good bye or greeting, just click. While the property was nice I would not consider this rental good value for money as we had 2 major problems in the 2 rooms we stayed in. The rooms were not cheap and were below par for the money we spent given the issues we encountered."
