The studio apartment was just as it was pictured. It was very clean and neat and very conveniently located. Staff was very helpful when I had questions and it was awesome there was laundry facilities. The television in the room was not working properly,…as if the connection was bad with the cable. There did not seem to be an option to log into my personal Netflix or prime using the TV so having it working wasn’t really helpful anyway. The extra bed was not terribly comfortable. Overall, a great stay!

We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to Earls Ct station. Amenities in room were very nice too. Stove,oven,frig freezer,dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. Linens were stained, as was the sofa arms. Vents and switches were dirty too. The wallpaper and floors looked worn and in need of refinishing. Prevoius holes from old window treatments need filling. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Especially Michael the door man. He was very good! Regarless of my complaints, due to the location and price, I WOULD stay here again, bringing my own linens and Clorox wipes for cleaning. This place could be top notch with some refreshing and updating.

Clean comfy close to sloane square

Small room for a double and insufficient places to put stuff . Shower room very nice but a little too small and awkward . Noise of rock music rehearsal coming from building next door, morning , afternoon , night until 11 or 12 . Not horrendously awful but not great when paying 300 pounds a night . I must say the staff were very good and helpful .
