Welcome to "The Easterd Retreat". The unit has been comfortably and stylishly updated in 2022. Furnished with a King bed and Queen sofa bed the Easterd accommodates 4 people. Centrally located on the island steps from The Fishhook Restaurant,The Fishing Center Marina and Billy's Grocery, 2miles to Cape Lookout Visitors Center, the Ferry to Cape Lookout, Core Sound Museum, Wildlife Ramp, and small Public Beach. Designated parking/boat parking, private patio and on-site shared laundry available.

Amazing stay on Harker’s Island!

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed on a vacation! It was perfection from the decor to the owners! The owners seem to be a very lovely and friendly couple. I highly recommend this to anyone who is in this area!!!!

The property was beautiful and spacious and convenient to the beaches and ferry’s.

Very beautiful and spacious. Looks as pictured. Very clean and decorated nice. It was nice to have laundry on site as well. Harker’s Island is beautiful and has lots of options for things to do. The owner was very helpful and told us ahead that we could reserve an ATV to explore Cape Lookout Island. We had a great time exploring. The rental is located right across from the Fish Hook restaurant. The food was great. The people were friendly there and on the ferry. They let our children help drive the boat to Cape Lookout. Small beach town we fell in love with. It was July 4th week ahead we had the beach to ourselves. I love it. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful unit, wonderful host

The unit was so sweet, pretty and thoughtfully set up. Outside, cornhole kept kids entertained. Inside, Amy did a great job of furnishing. She was so thoughtful in her suggestions. We had a wonderful day at cape lookout and shackleford island. Looking forward to returning!
