- This detached villa is only about 700 meters from the sea on foot, hardly visible and has a spacious plot with a solar-heated pool.
The house is very quiet at the end of a service road in a well-kept private complex in an ideal south / west location with a view over the town and the seemingly limitless Atlantic Ocean.
Casa Ronda 1 can be booked for up to 6 people.
Although the house is mostly booked by 2 people, the house Casa Ronda 1 with a total area of approx. 190 m² can accommodate up to 6 people
(3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms) can be booked.
This spacious villa has spacious, massive and covered sun and shade terraces with panoramic views. The ideal south-west location offers all-day sheltered and sunny vacation enjoyment.
Children under 12 years are free during the summer holidays (maximum 1 child per adult. Pair).
Special requests are easily possible in the Casa Ronda and largely without additional costs.
