The staff were extremely nice. The rooms were decent. Showers and hot water was amazing! Parking was/is $27 a night, its not valet and there was no parking spaces.

Great stay! The hotel does have a movie theatre, which was super cute. I do wish there were child friendly films while we were there, but that did not take away from the great stay we had. We will definitely go back

I had a decent stay overall. One thing to be aware of is the additional $40 per night fee, which applies to all guests. I wasn’t aware of this beforehand, so it caught me by surprise. They do provide a $20 daily voucher for the restaurant downstairs, which helps offset the cost a bit. The shower water took quite a while to heat up and didn’t work properly during my stay, which was inconvenient. However, the staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience better. Overall, some pros and cons, but the service stood out.

The hotel is beautiful, however not very functional unless you are a solo traveler. The bathroom is a small glass box that you can hear/see everything through, which is not ideal when someone else is in the room. The shower floods across the whole bathroom floor because there is no door separating the shower and toilet, so you will be standing in a puddle when using the restroom unless you dry it up. Also extremely disappointed in the actual check in process. We arrived earlier in the day and inquired about early check in, to which the staff at the desk said the room was not ready yet but that they would place us on a “priority list” and give us a call when it was ready. So we stored our luggage and went to kill some time. We arrived back at 3pm, the original check in time, and were told that our room just needed to be ‘inspected’. So we sat in the lobby and waited for almost two hours for our room to be ready, until we couldn’t anymore as we had a reservation. I asked the front desk if there was an ETA on the room and they said they could not provide one, but they would call and email me once the room was available. So we stored our luggage again and left. We did not receive a call or email at all letting us know our room was ready. We were finally able to check in around 9pm when we got back to the hotel.
