You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Lake and boat life! Lake Rental in a dead-end street.

Charming quiet and non-smoking,
Boat rental available.
Private 3 bedrooms 1 Bath, 1King, 2 Queen, and a folding sofa.
There's a Pontoon for rent for boat-knowledgeable people.
We supplement with everything you need the first night regarding coffee and toiletries. Bring your PRIVATE toiletries.
If you are several people or going out on the water you should bring some more towels
There is a FREE paddle boat sitting on the dock.
The house has a kitchen with everything you need and an ice machine in the fridge. There is a gas grill on the porch. We also have a fire pan down by the water, where you need to bring your firewood.
We have a Restaurant and Dollar store right across the lake.
If you choose to rent the boat, you may want to bring private life vests.
If you forget yours we have them available!
The rental part is in the mid-level of the building. The top floor is closed off and belongs to the owner who is NOT present when the house is rented out. In the basement, there is a storm room for your safety in case of need.

You have backyard access to the Lake and the dock. Our pontoon is available to rent by appointment per day or for longer terms. Quiet place to get away from home and enjoy the lake and it's private and far away from our stressed world. Boating, swimming, golf, zip line, hiking, or just a quiet time for a couple...
** If you have a special event, Anniversary, Birthday, or such, we do offer a gift basket for $35.00 that includes 2 wine glasses a bottle of wine or non-alcoholic drink, fruit, cheese, and individual candies, and a rose. * Please let us know 24 hours in advance.
ATTRACTIONS

The Lake Home is only minutes from Historic Main Street Hardy, The Spring River, and Restaurants. Popular are the Ice Cream and Gourmet Coffee shops. Art Museums, Antique stores, and live music shows. The Spring River offers canoe rentals and parks for the whole family.

Cherokee Village is a Family Friendly Community that offers Natural Ozark Beauty, 2 Private 18-hole golf courses, 6 Swimming pools, a private beach, and tennis courts. Canoe rentals and RV parks are nearby.

The Lake home was built in 2010 and has a charm it selves, and you will find yourselves at home when you hit the front door. WiFi and TV/DVD. Just a block from downtown Cherokee Village. Short distance to Walmart and all you need for your stay.

Enjoy the lake!
Ask for a price to rent a pontoon to enjoy the water go tubing or other water sports/fun Or just hit a quiet place go fishing!
It seats 8 people and has a 40 hp engine and comfortable couch.
Stereo with, microphone for using your cell phone onboard. Blue tooth, and direct connection for streaming your own music, etc.


Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is at 10 am.

Cherokee Village Lake House

This place is truly amazing. It was the perfect place for rest and relation. The house came with all the amenities one would need for a home away from home. It is a definite staple in my get away list!

This property was perfect weekend getaway and would have been awesome summer vacation spot . Anything you needed with in 15 min drive but who would want to leave the deck view of the lake .

Such a cute place

We came up for a weekend trip, the place was perfect. With a porch to sit and look over the lake in the evening, and even a lake-side patio to sit at with a fire pit. Would stay here again.

Great Place for a Quick Getaway

The place was clean, and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Fish weren't biting, but we still had a great time. Will definitely look to staying here again and renting the pontoon next time. Thanks for hosting us.

We stayed for 7 days. Pretty nice place but we are older and both have some challenges with walking, so the hill leading to the back of the house was a challenge and the one down to boat dock was even more of if a challenge.We rented pontoon which was nice to take out on lake. This would be a nice place to bring your kids and grandchildren. It was nice to have the option to grill so we didn’t have to eat out all the time. There was plenty of bath towels and washcloths but only 2 hand towels and no dish cloths or dish towels. It was nice to have a dishwasher but with only 2 of us I just did most of the dishes by hand. There is only service for 6 people for silverware, plates and bowls. There is nice set of pots and pans and there is salt and pepper, coffee and filters. There is an ice maker in freezer but we had to turn on, that was very handy. It’s the last house on a dead end so it was very quiet and peaceful, just wish we were younger. Very pretty view from deck! Air works great! Loved having the kingside bed.Arne replied to messages right away.There is a lot of deer around this area so drive slow! Beautiful area! Also loved having a washer and dryer!

April trip to Cherokee Village

The property was excellent with everything in working order. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake. The walk up and down the hill was a challenge during loading and unloading.

My wife and daughter stayed for a couple of nights during the 2024 solar eclipse. The property was as described in the listing. Very clean, very quiet neighborhood. Good Lord willing, we'll return for the next solar eclipse in August 2045, ha!

Great place for a lake getaway!

Everything is as advertised. It is in a quite cove. Porch is amazing! Only negatives for us was if you want pancakes for breakfast bring a griddle and if you are cold natured bring extra blankets. Would definitely recommend!

Cherokee Village Lake House

This property is a very relaxing lake front rental tucked away in nature. Owner was receptive to any and all concerns. There were only 2 of us plus a small dog so we had plenty of room. This house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Overall excellent experience and will look to return.

Lake house Retreat

Great location on Lake Thunderbird. Everyone enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised online. We really liked the stained concrete floors, because my daughter is sensitive to dust. The lake is beautiful. The water was clear. Thank you, Arne!

Thunderbird Lake Ground floor rental

We enjoyed our stay here on the Thunderbird Lake rental. My husband’s only negative point was the sharp decline to the ground floor from the parking area. He has trouble with the incline coming back up. We brought a motorized cart but it would not go up the steep incline. Otherwise it would have been perfect. The inside accommodations were clean, modern and nicely decorated.
