"The house was fine. Clean and neighborhood was safe. Hot water barely worked. Some outlets didn’t work and one of the shower heads spewed water all over the bathroom. The biggest issue was climate control with the google thermostats. The owner had the thermostats locked up and we had to try to communicate to them to adjust the temp. No one answers the 800 number and we used chat. First adjustment took 12 hours to get owner to adjust. It reset at night to original settings. It was a prolonged and...
