Proverb Hotel Hanoi
I was really impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff! (which you don’t always find in Vietnam). The room was very comfortable and clean. I was worried when they said it didn’t have an outside window, but it was totally fine & kept it quiet!

We were given a room where the shower flooded. I noticed it right away upon entering and informed the staff but nothing was done until later. We were given another room later. It was disruptive.
