Ok, but a bit noisy

Nice staff and great restaurant. Hotel a bit “tired” ie carpets worn etc. Biggest problem was I had a room with the busy road on one side and the open atrium in the centre of the hotel on the other. This meant that there was a lot of noise when trying to sleep from both sides of the bedroom with the bar being in the atrium below.

No complimentary tea or coffee in room, no lotion, no conditioner, no sandals. Intercom was not working for the period I stayed there. Strange that breakfast was charged separately for the amount I paid. The gym had only 3 cardio equipment (treadmill and two bicycles). I didn’t even attempt to use the gym. The restaurant made good food for dinner though.

Hotel is outdated even for a European hotel. Carpet was dirty and patched in spots. Restaurant and bar and service was best of the hotel.

Bad and old hotel

An hotel from the seventies, old and looked not clean (maybe just because old) There is moquette everywhere. Even in the small gym. Not recommended at all.

I would not recommend this hotel. The property needs major renovation, hotel rooms are dated. The fridge and the shower in the room did not work. Furniture and carpets are dirty and old.

Das Personal in der Rezeption war unfähig und unfreundlich. Es war nicht in der Lage mir eine Firmenrechnung zu erstellen. Und hatte dabei noch einen unfreundlichen Ton angelegt. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Zimmer sind ungemütlich eingerichtet aber sauber. Ich glaube nicht das ich ein Zimmer dieser Gruppe nochmals buchen werde.

Bei uns ist die Wahl auf dieses Hotel getroffen, da es in unmittelbarer Nähe der MHH liegt und wir sehr früh einen Termin vor Ort hatten. Es gibt gute Anschlussmöglichkeiten in die Innenstadt und für unsere Zwecke waren wir zufrieden. Das Personal war freundlich und man hatte eigentlich alles was man braucht. Zum Abendessen können wir uns nicht äußern, da wir nicht daran teilgenommen haben. Zum Frühstück können wir uns auch nicht äußern, da wir das Hotel schon sehr früh aus Termintechnischen Gründen verlassen mussten.
